Product Return

Product return should only be made if item received is not in accordance with your purchase order. You may send the goods back to the Courier service company to be returned to us for free using our company name (please save your consignment note for reference).

We do not accept product exchange. Please make sure the product selected is correct and according to your requirements, specification, desire, wants and needs.

Product Damage

We do not ship defective products. In the event of damage to the product received, please reach us by Whatsapp & send this information to us;

  2. Clear pictures of the defective product
  3. Clear picture of courier service consignment note

Refund

In the event of any of the above possibilities, the company will not refund your money and your goods will be replaced with new (same or other relatable and suitable) products.
